Skylink MSFS Voice Companion does not collect, sell, or share personal information with us or third parties.

The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal information.

The App does not collect:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Physical addresses
• Location information
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Financial information
• Health information
• Advertising identifiers
• Browsing history
• Personal information for advertising or tracking purposes

2. Microphone Permission and Custom Announcements

The App requests access to your device's microphone only when you choose to record a custom announcement.

The microphone allows you to create your own custom announcements using the App's three custom announcement sections.

Audio recorded for these custom announcements is used solely to provide the custom announcement functionality within the App.

The App does not use the microphone to continuously monitor, listen to, or record you in the background.

The App does not use microphone access for advertising, tracking, analytics, or identifying you.

You can deny or revoke microphone permission through your Android device settings. If microphone access is denied, you will not be able to record custom announcements, but other App functionality may continue to work.

3. Storage of Custom Announcements

Custom announcement recordings are stored locally on your device for use with the custom announcement feature.

The App does not transmit your custom announcement recordings to harbri.com or third parties.

We do not access or collect the content of your custom announcement recordings.

If you uninstall the App or remove its local data, locally stored custom announcement recordings may also be removed.

4. Other Permissions

Other than microphone access for the custom announcement recording feature, the App does not require sensitive device permissions.

The App does not request access to:

• Camera
• Location
• Contacts
• Phone
• SMS
• Calendar
• Bluetooth
• Other sensitive device information

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party services to collect, track, advertise to, or sell users' personal information.

6. Advertising

The App does not display advertisements and does not use advertising networks.

7. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use analytics services, tracking technologies, or third-party tracking software to monitor users.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties.

Custom announcement recordings are not transmitted to or collected by harbri.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.

Because custom announcement recordings remain on the user's device and are not collected by us, we do not have access to the content of those recordings.

10. Data Security

Because we do not collect or transmit personal information or custom announcement recordings to our servers, we do not maintain a database of user information or recordings.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their own device and any locally stored recordings.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality or data practices change.

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
