HarBri is an independently owned and operated business, not a giant corporation with a warehouse full of robots.


Every order has to be created, prepared, packed, and fulfilled—and that takes a little time. We’d rather take the time to get it right than rush your order out the door.


PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT


Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 business days of being placed.


Because we're an independent business, processing times can occasionally vary due to order volume, product launches, holidays, or other circumstances. We appreciate your patience while we get your order ready.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.


Please remember: once your package leaves us, it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. Weather, traffic, holidays, carrier delays, and other unexpected circumstances can affect delivery times.


In other words, we can control when we ship it—but we can't control the weather, traffic, or what happens once the carrier takes over.


HarBri is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of our control.


TRACKING


Your tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled and the shipping label has been processed.


Sometimes tracking information may take a little time to update after the carrier receives the package. Don't panic if it doesn't immediately start moving—we promise it's not hiding from you.
